SummerSlam 2025 kicked off with a brawl-heavy, high-impact showdown as Roman Reigns & Jey Uso outlasted Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in a wild tag team opener.
Breakker and Reed were in control for a good chunk of the match, dishing out punishment and keeping Reigns on the sidelines for most of the bout—his first since WrestleMania 41. But the power duo couldn’t keep The Bloodline down for good.

Things kicked off fast with all four men throwing hands right out of the gate. After clearing the ring of Breakker and Reed, Uso and Reigns tried to fire off a “YEET!” chant for the crowd, but Breakker yanked Reigns out of the ring before it could land. Moments later, Uso launched himself from the top rope, crashing into all three men on the floor.
The match was loaded with huge spots. Breakker drove Reigns through the air with a massive spear on the outside, but moments later, he paid for it by slamming ribs-first into the commentary desk after a missed attempt on Uso. Breakker and Reed focused on isolating Reigns, keeping the former champion from getting involved—until he finally re-entered with a bang, vaulting over the top rope to wipe out both men.
Reigns landed Superman Punches on both opponents, but Reed came flying back with a suicide dive of his own to level the playing field. Reed lifted Uso on his shoulders while Breakker dropped him with a slam, setting up a potential game-ending sequence. Breakker went for a running spear at ringside, but Reigns caught him clean with another Superman Punch and then speared him right through the barricade.
Back in the ring, Reed went for the Tsunami on Uso, but Reigns knocked him out of midair with yet another punch. The Bloodline followed up with a 1-D on Reed, only for Breakker to dive in and break up the pin. Reigns took a brutal spear from Breakker to protect Uso, who then returned the favor—spearing Reed and sealing the win with a signature Uso Splash.
