On Monday’s WWE Raw, the Bloodline saga took center stage with Solo Sikoa, Jimmy, and Jey Uso all showing up for a tense reunion. Over the past few weeks, fans have watched a newly turned babyface Roman Reigns make amends with Jey and, eventually, Jimmy, signaling a potential shift in the Bloodline dynamic. But there are still some loose ends from the original storyline that fans are eager to see resolved. A big one? Sami Zayn — the former “Honorary Uce” — who’s been on a tear since his departure from the group.
Sami Zayn’s Career Hit a High Note
After his exit, Sami’s career hit a high note as fans rallied behind him like never before. He went on to win the Tag Team Championship with his long-time friend Kevin Owens and has since become a four-time Intercontinental Champion. But, it seems Sami is starting to wonder about his place in this complex Bloodline narrative. He approached Jimmy and Jey backstage, asking to have a one-on-one with the former Intercontinental Champ to get to the bottom of things.
Sami pressed Jey about the state of the Bloodline and, specifically, whether Jey planned to return to SmackDown to work things out. Jey expressed his belief that Solo has only made matters worse, a comment that visibly frustrated Sami. To Jey, though, it sounded like Sami was taking Solo’s side. Sami was quick to clarify that he wasn’t picking sides — he just didn’t want to see Jey pulled further into the chaos.
What is the Future of the Bloodline
At that point, Jey had had enough and told Sami he wouldn’t understand because he’s not “family.” The comment hit Sami hard. Later, Jey seemed to reflect on his words, but Jimmy stepped in, offering to chat with him. Out by the parking lot, Jey ran into Jimmy, and together they saw Sami in conversation with Solo.
Despite Sami’s insistence that he isn’t aligned with anyone, it’s starting to look like he’s drawing a line in the sand after feeling betrayed by those he once considered family. With Survivor Series around the corner and Crown Jewel just days away, a Bloodline civil war could be brewing. If Jimmy, Jey, and Solo intend to take on the Bloodline’s new direction, they may ultimately realize they need Sami’s help to settle the score. Whether he’s in or out, Sami has something in the works, and it’s only a matter of time before he makes his move.
